@ara_rally @olympusrally didn’t go the way we would have liked.⁣
⁣
The first frustration was a slew of mechanical failures in rapid succession.⁣ The second, a DNF due to water intrusion in an electrical connection that wasn’t sealed properly.⁣
⁣
Then wheel scrapers caught rocks instead of deflecting them, which caused punctures in the wheels and even split one in half.⁣
⁣

Despite all the blunders, we were able to match @rivercityrally (Michael Hooper) times on a few stages which was very encouraging.⁣
⁣
A very difficult night stage with pouring down rain resulted in terrible visibility, but hard work on the notes with @mattjames12 paid off and we were able to keep pace. ⁣
